What is this?

The Official NASCAR Hologram. NASCAR is working very hard to bring as much value as possible to you, our loyal fans. We are thrilled to be launching the Official NASCAR Hologram Awareness Campaign this year during The Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship. More importantly, we want to make sure you know the Officiallly Licensed NASCAR products are quality you can count on.

What is the Official NASCAR Hologram?

In 2005, NASCAR launched a program with DuPont requiring its licensees to utilize a holographic sticker on all products. The hologram was the first step in a proactive approach designed to curb the distribution and sale of counterfeit goods.Today, a new and improved hologram, designed to more effectively protect fans who are purchasing and retailers who are selling NASCAR-licensed merchandise, features the "Track and Trace" enforcement system produced by DuPont Authentication Systems. DuPont's new enforcement system will allow NASCAR and its licensees to equip ICE (Immigration & Custom Enforcement) officials and other agencies to track serial numbers on the holograms, more easily discover counterfeit holograms, prevent affiliated merchandise from entering the country and investigate bogus products sold in foreign countries.

Where do I get a code?

All of Official Licensed NASCAR merchandise sold at your favorite retailer or online will have a hologram either on the hangtag or directly on the item. The code is embedded on the hologram and should be easy to read. If you purchased product without a hologram, go ahead and test out our system with sample code "F123456789" and be sure to look for the hologram next time.

What is the difference between Officially Licensed NASCAR product and other stuff?

Counterfeit merchandise does not have authentic marks and is not licensed and approved by NASCAR, its drivers or teams. Colors, logos and names are often not correctly displayed and ultimately counterfeit merchandise supports only one entity - the seller, while officially licensed products support sponsors, drivers, teams and NASCAR.

Do I have to redeem my Hologram at this time?

You should go ahead and redeem your codes at the time you enter them. If you are interested in multiple Sweepstakes, feel free to enter a hologram code during the sweepstakes you are interested in. Click here to review the sweepstake list.

What if I didn't get all my E-Gifts?

Sign into NASCARHOLOGRAM.com (not the same as NASCAR.com) and click on "My Account". At the bottom of the HOLOGRAM section will be a link for redeeming any remaining un-redeemed Holograms.

How do I see all my redeemed E-Gifts?

Sign into NASCARHOLOGRAM.com (not the same as NASCAR.com) and click on "My Account". In the HOLOGRAM section, there is a link for each redeemed E-Gift so that you can access the E-Gift again..

What if my Hologram starts with a 'A'?

If your code(s) begin with the letter "A", those holograms are part of the old Official NASCAR Hologram program which is still valid. Due to upgraded security measures and border patrol regulations, those codes cannot be used for this promotion. Please use this free code Hologram ID F123456789 Unfortunately, if you have multiple 'A' code, you will not be able to enter them at this time..

What if my Hologram doesn't have a number?

If it is an old Hologram (oval) and small, it is probably a valid hologram from the old program. For our visitors with these holograms, please feel free to use Hologram ID F123456789.

What if I don't see a Hologram on my NASCAR product?

If you NASCAR item does not have a hologram, it may be counterfeit. tell us everything you can about what it is, where you saw it and the name of the store. Email us the details.
For Fans that don't have a hologram, please feel free to use Hologram ID F123456789.

What if I don't remember my NASCARHologram.com password?

Please return to the Home page of NASCARHOLOGRAM.com. Enter your email in the first blank field. Below it, there is a link labeled "Forgot my NASCAR HOLOGRAM Password". Click on it. Please note that your NASCAR.COM account and your NASCARHOLOGRAM.com account are not the same. Each require their own password.

What if I didn't receive my NASCARHologram.com password?

If you do not receive your password within 2 hours after requesting it, there are 3 possibilities
1) You have entered the incorrect email address
2) You do not have a NASCARHologram Account. Please note that your NASCAR.COM account and your NASCARHOLOGRAM.com account are not the same.
3) Check your spam Filters. Also, make sure to add "nascarhologram@jpattonondemand.com" to your email program's White list.

What if I live in Canada?

Due to the laws in Canada, if you are a Canadian resident, we are only able to offer you the instant e-gift at this time. Please use this free code F123456789 to obtain an e-gift of your choice at NASCAR.COM/hologram..
